Man, the past couple weeks I’ve found muscles I didn’t know I had. I found them by not only going to water aerobics, but adding in things like yoga…pilates…and cardio intervals. OMG, sore is an understatement…wow!
And I just bought Jillian Michaels 30 day shred…
*sigh*

Woot~Woot~ Go Steph! Go Steph!!! Jillian is c-r-a-z-y. Hope you like her workout! I’m quite fond of her. You just have to get past that first day. And the second. Once your quads recover, then you get stronger from there. I’m really proud of you for keeping at your water aerobics! Let me give you and extra Woot~Woot~
