Frogs Eye Salad

Recipe from B. Gomez

 

1 (blue) box of Anicinideppe (spelled wrong) Orzo Pasta  (Tiny Balls)

 – Our local Wal-Mart doesn’t have it anymore

1 large box of Vanilla Pudding (or two small boxes)

2 – 20 oz cans pineapple tidbits (drained —-reserve ¾ cup juice)

2 – 20 oz cans crushed pineapple (drained)

2  - 11 oz cans mandarin oranges (drained)

1 – regular container of cool whip

Bag of Mini –Marshmallows (optional)

 

Make the Orzo as directed on package – drain and cool

Mix ¾ cup pineapple juice with the pudding mix

Mix the rest of the ingredients together with the pudding and juice mixture

Mix in the Orzo

Serve COLD!  J

Refrigerate for up to a week!
