Hashbrown Casserole

My dear friend Kristen has just about killed our family with this RICH goodnes…I’ve made it at least 10 times in 6 months…we absolutely love it!  I am sure there are variations out there, but heaven I tell you, heaven.

Hashbrown Casserole 

1- 32oz bag frozen hashbrowns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c butter
1/4 c chopped onion
8 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
salt and pepper
dried parsley

crumbled bacon 

Brown onion in butter.
Add all ingredients except potatoes
to sauce pan. Mix. 
Place hashbrowns in a 9 x 13 pan.
Pour sauce over top. 

Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 350 for 45 mins. 

Is great for breakfast or a side dish for dinner!
